Dirty Deeds done dirt cheap – Why is that term in the Deed and why do we need it?

Your Hosts: Sarah Wright

Cost: $59.95

This instructional presentation is aimed at providing guidance on when an agency might choose to enter into a deed with an employee (either an existing employee or one whose employment is being terminated) and when confidentiality clauses should be considered for inclusion in the deed. The instructional presentation canvasses what remedies are available for a breach of deed obligations and what mechanisms are available to prevent future claims by the employee.
