Lloyd is an experienced non profit and association manager and social media professional with a passion for life time learning. He is a recognised leader in public relations, continuing professional education, music and social justice. He heads up the Sydney activities and professional sector clients for Pointsbuild after a decade working with IVT and ASI to transform the online administration and member engagement for hundreds of clients from a diverse range of sectors. Previous to his time in software he spent five years with the Public Relations Institute of Australia where he managed the secretariat for the National Education Committee. He managed the implementation of the PRIA's CPD program and coordinated the incredibly successful Webinar program, one of the first organisations to use this technology. His passion is in assisting organisations to utilise new technologies to deliver innovative and engaging online learning.

Sara Drury, General Manager, Redback Connect

Sara manages the fast-growing digital events arm of Redback, which runs over 150 managed webinars monthly for corporate, government and not-for-profit customers. After joining Redback more than a decade ago, she works closely with sales, marketing and delivery to provide organisations with frictionless, seamless events that take the stress out of their online programs and increase the overall production quality.
