Rachelle Hare, AGS Senior Lawyer

Rachelle specialises in commercial law, front-end construction law, infrastructure, probity, and the procurement and delivery of major projects, and she has over 15 years of experience in private practice and government.

She has substantial experience with government and private-sector procurement, including drafting tender documents and project briefs, drafting contracts, advising on tender processes, negotiations with tenderers and contractors, assisting with evaluating tenders and advising on the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, PGPA Act and other policies and procedures applicable to government.
