Stephen Reeves, AGS Senior Lawyer


Stephen works in the AGS Dispute resolution, Employment and Entitlements team where he provides advice in the areas of Employment law. 

He works on and has particular experience in Employment and workplace relations litigation and advice, as well as workers compensation including AAT claims. 

Before joining AGS, he worked for the Department of Home Affairs (via a third party contracting arrangement, so ‘worked’ rather than ‘employed by’). There he worked on the establishment of Home Affairs and the arbitration of their workplace determination. 

Stephen was awarded the Department of Home Affairs Secretary’s Award in 2018. He is also the recipient of Melbourne Law School Zelman Cohen scholarship in 2011.
