Brooke Reece, AGS Senior Lawyer

Brooke has been with AGS for over 10 years and has extensive experience in property conveyancing and leasing work. She has worked across all Australian states and territories except the ACT. Her work involves advising clients on various property and securities issues, drafting transaction documents and ensuring that registration procedures and requirements have been met. Brooke is currently the lead client contact for a large-scale residential development project in the Northern Territory and particularly specialises in helping clients with high volume property portfolios.

Giuseppe Graneri, AGS Lawyer

Giuseppe is responsible for property conveyancing and high volume leasing matters, as well as other commercial matters. His work predominantly involves drafting advice and identifying contractual issues and compliance, and ensuring that registration procedures and requirements have been met, both for real and personal property interests.

Prior to coming to AGS, Giuseppe acted on behalf of various international lenders in recovery proceedings in the Supreme Court and bankruptcy proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia. He has also acted on behalf of buyers and sellers in high volume commercial and residential settlements including the drafting of contracts and special conditions, reviewing and providing advice on commercial leases and sales contracts, drafting business sale agreements, drafting restrictive covenants, easements and applications for new titles.
