21st century life has kept us sitting down and often has us living in our heads. This can have adverse consequences for both our bodies and minds, from how we look, through to how we feel.

The good news is, according to the latest in habit change research, you only have to choose one thing to focus on for the beneficial effects it creates to flow on to other habits.

This informative, fun and practical webinar is brought to you by Exercise Physiotherapist and Wellbeing Consultant, Melinda Luck who will introduce simple physical strategies you can easily adopt throughout your day to improve your habits.

Some of these strategies include:
•Focussing on everyday habits like how your posture affects your core and mood
•Strategies to relieve tension on the go
•Learning how to breathe efficiently in order to reboot your core (and relax your nervous system)

This short one-hour webinar: Everyday physical habits that create a better you, is about learning how to look after you. Melinda will show you easily and adaptable habits to add into your daily routine.
