As one of the top executives with American Airlines, Mark was a designated spokesmen and customer experience leader navigating crisis, mergers, and communication with media. Mark led American Airlines through the 9/11 terrorist act in New York City and also appeared in media during other pivotal points within the company trajectory.  Mark has authored several books including “Customer Experience the Ultimate Journey, Every Touch Point Counts” and “My Gift”. 


Zarina Lam Stanford - CMO, Syniti 

Zarina is a recognised change agent and a frequent industry speaker who spearheads business and transformational initiatives through her #DareToGrow principle.
