Your Host: Dr Kathryn Ducharlet
About the webinar:
Renal Supportive Care is often not well understood by health professionals. The aims of Renal Supportive Care include: improving quality of life and symptom control; coordination and collaboration of care; supporting patients and family; decreasing variation in care and identification of service gaps. It is valuable earlier than just the last weeks of life, and should be considered for all patients.
