Jason Averbook is a global keynote speaker, industry analyst, thought leader and consultant in the area of human resources and workforce experience. He is the Co-founder and CEO of Leapgen, a digital transformation company shaping the Now of Work. Author of The Ultimate Guide to a Digital Workforce Experience ~ Leap for a Purpose, Jason seeks to broaden executive mindset to rethink how to better design and deliver employee services that exceed the expectations of the workforce and the needs of the business.

Linda Solway is a passionate Payroll Professional with a background in Payroll, HR and Finance (worked as Accountant, but does not tell many people that). She has worked in payroll/HR related roles for over 25 years (she started VERY young) covering a range of roles including Payroll Accountant for an airline, Payroll/HR Manager for large travel retailer, before joining Flight Centre as the National Payroll Manager 16 years ago. Linda is just about to move across to the Dark Side taking on the role of HR Operations Leader for Flight Centre.
Her wealth of experience is complimented using the principles of Human Resource philosophies, people management, coaching and motivating, combined with business acumen, to make a positive impact on company performance.
Clayton Pyne is Chief Executive Officer of Humanforce.
As CEO, Clayton is focused on helping companies around the world deliver exceptional customer experiences through highly engaged employees. Responsible for all aspects of global operations, Clayton leads a team of 120 people that continue to transform workforce management for 1500 customers and 500,000 daily users.
Clayton has held executive positions with tech giants IBM and, most recently, Cisco. During his successful career in New York, and the Asia Pacific and Japan region, Clayton has been responsible for leading sales, marketing, product and partner teams across the world. And in 2017, he was crowned an AFR BOSS Young Executive of the Year.
