Melissa Richardson 

Melissa Richardson is the founder and Managing Director of Art of Mentoring, a specialist mentoring firm based in Australia. Art of Mentoring offers a range of products and services for design and implementation of effective organisational mentoring, including program management software and digital training resources for mentors, mentees and the program managers who administer their mentoring programs.

Melissa is one of Australia’s experts in coaching and mentoring, having worked in the field for over twenty years. She has designed and implemented mentoring programs across public and private sector organisations, and is at the forefront of the use of technology to support mentoring programs that span geographies.

Melissa is a global assessor for the European Mentoring and Coaching Council's ISMCP Award (International Standards for Mentoring and Coaching Programs). She has post-graduate qualifications in organisational coaching, counselling and marketing strategy.

Melissa directs the Art of Mentoring research agenda and regularly speaks on mentoring best practice.
